It’s easy to understand why many prospective customers ask a lot of questions before hiring someone to perform heating and cooling services. More than 7,400 HVAC contractors work in Massachusetts, according to the most recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Over 1,600 of them, including our company, are part of Mass Save’s Heat Pump Installer Network. In the North Shore communities alone, you have hundreds of HVAC companies vying for your business. So, why choose us?
We like to say that our family-owned and -operated company is big enough to serve our customers’ needs and small enough to know your first name. We specialize in sales, installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs for central ducted heat pumps, mini splits, gas and oil boilers, and water heaters. We work mainly with residential customers, but we also handle some light commercial projects upon request.
All our work comes with a one-year, 100% satisfaction guarantee for both parts and labor. We’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you’re delighted with the way your project turned out.
We offer financing in two ways. One, of course, is through the Mass Save program that offers a 7-year, zero-interest loan for all heat pump installs. If for any reason that option is not available, we also partner with Synchrony Bank to offer several different finance options.
Here’s a brief overview of the services we provide for each of the HVAC systems we install, maintain, and repair:
Installation and Replacement: First, we determine your property’s unique requirements, including sizing for an ideal fit. Then, we install your high-efficiency heat pump, integrating it with your existing ductwork. Finally, we test and calibrate for optimal performance.
Installation and Replacement: We install a ductless mini split heat pump system that suits your space requirements and meets your heating and cooling needs. Then we calibrate it for both heating and cooling modes and make any necessary adjustments to fan speed and temperature settings.
Installation and Replacement: If you already have a boiler, we’ll assess its condition, efficiency, and capacity. Whether you need a new heating system or a replacement, we’ll help you select a modern, high-efficiency boiler that meets the needs of your household. We’ll integrate it with your existing heating infrastructure or install new radiators. Once everything is in place, we’ll test the system for uniform heat distribution and maximum energy efficiency.
Installation: We begin by evaluating your home’s water heating needs, considering the number of household members and their hot water usage patterns.
Then we install the right water heater for your needs and budget. We ensure proper connections, venting (for gas heaters), and compliance with safety standards. Finally, we test your new water heater thoroughly to make sure it’s working as it should.
When Murphy’s Law takes over, and an essential appliance quits on you at the worst possible time, you’ll appreciate our 24/7 emergency response. We pride ourselves in our great customer service and communication because we know how much people with HVAC issues need and value these things.
Customers who leave reviews repeatedly praise us for our professionalism, punctuality, quality, responsiveness, and value. Here’s what a few of them had to say:
